Configure Azure RMS for Exchange Online /O365

On my previous blog, I have shared my knowledge regarding the security of the Organization with DLP on Document Fingerprints. As all of know how crucial email has been these days, even for any official approval or submission or information circulation we use email. If such critical information on email gets leaked, it might burn down all the organization. Hence, we need to have a proper security with emails. Here today, on this blog we will be configuring Azure RMS (Right Management Service) for Exchange Online / O365. The questions may be why do we need RMS for Exchange Online / O365 or how will RMS secure email on Exchange Online / O365. RMS is the functionality that allows user to protect sensitive emails by not allowing recipient to Forward, copy, print or take snapshot of that emails. Azure RMS can be configured for office products and On-Premises Exchange server too, wait until the blog comes for it. 🙂

Document DLP with Exchange Server

Email has become the Business-Critical application on any of the enterprise. And to secure such infrastructure, there arises a challenge for everyone. If we go with the history of the Microsoft Exchange, since Exchange 2013 Microsoft has enhanced its security feature for the inflow and outflow of the emails. Configure Domain for O365

On my previous blog of Office 365, I have mentioned how we can create a trial account for the office 365. During the creation of the O365 account, we get one tenant domain with ‘onmicrosoft.com’ on the end. But for the official purpose, we will love to have our own domain to be used as an email ID/Skype ID or SharePoint ID. So, in this blog I am sharing my knowledge on how we can add one or more domain on Office 365 account which we create.

The most important thing before adding domain on O365, you need to have an ownership of that domain with access to cpanel for the modification of DNS record. Hence what be the number of domain, you must gain ownership and access to cpanel add your domain on O365. Once you do have an ownership we can login to thee admin panel of O365 and follow the process as of the below snaps.
